I received the following "10 Reminders" from a former church, Brookside Ministries, Shamokin Dam, PA, where I was a member a few years back. My current pastor in CT shared the same reminders just weeks ago as he encouraged us all to remember that NO MATTER what happens politically, financially or morally, in America or beyond; OUR future is in heaven, beyond all the cares of this world. As "His Beloved", a favorite blogger of mine put it, "Jesus is still on the throne where I'm headed."

10 Reminders in the Face of Uncertain or Difficult Times

1. The Bible will still have all the answers.

2. Prayer will still work.

3. The Holy Spirit will still move.

4. God will still inhabit the praises of His people.

5. There will still be God-anointed teaching and healing.

6. There will still be singing of praise to God.

7. God will still pour out blessings upon His people.

8. There will still be room at the Cross.

9. Jesus will still love you.

10. Jesus will still save the lost.

I'm just going to hold on tight and cling to Christ!
